Here at The French Bee Events, we love any kind of creativity. We especially love it when it involves food. In out designs we like to think outside of the box and not create something that someone else has already created. We get so exited when we find caters that feel the same way. In this blog, we thought we would feature some fun ideas that you may want to incorporate at your wedding.

How much fun is ;this cup of noodles and so unexpected. This is New York-based Elegant Affairs , offering individual Korean beef ramen bowls, made with beef, pork or chicken and playfully packaged in a takeout container (complete with chopsticks, of course)

This tray includes packaged mini sliders, bags of chips and cheese plates. Other menu options include personal popcorn and pizza boxes, mini hot dog kits with single-serve condiments and s’mores in a jar. This may be a great idea for a late night snack as your guest are leaving. This is a great idea and helps absorb some of the alcohol as well.

Swapping bubbly for bibb lettuce, Parmesan crisps and homemade dressing. We have all had a caesar salad before, but what fun to present it in this way. It makes you guest really enjoy their experience.

We love to brand weddings at The French Bee. We love seeing attention to small details such as this logo in the top of the box. We also think it makes for a much more interesting event to stager all these goodies and not have everything brought out at one, but to keep them guessing.

Sometimes it is a familiar food, such as tomato basil soup with grilled cheese on top, but the creativity in the presentation makes it so fun.

consider offering wine or cocktail pairings with your food. Just like at 7 course meal where the sommelier will pair the best wines to go with the correct foods, why not do a similar situation for your wedding. Please do remember budget, if you have 200 guest, add up how much 200 small bottles of Patron will cost.

Hopefully we have inspired you to start thinking of some different ways to surprise and delight your wedding guest. We are always look for inspired catering. Remember for a good party something small has to change every 20 minutes. So stopping one type of food and starting another is always a good thing. If you would like some help in creating your wedding menu, please contact The French Bee Events @ hello@thefrenchbeeevents.com and we would be thrilled to help.
