As a seasoned floral designer and an experienced event planner, we realized our complementary skill sets were a match made in wedding-production heaven—so we said I do to expanding the acclaimed Anne Griggs’ Productions floral boutique to include luxury planning services, and—voila!—The French Bee was born.

Meet Anne: Your Creative Partner
Never met a fresh flower she didn’t swoon for, paints in broad brush strokes, + has an uncanny eye for color.
Anne’s story started two decades ago when, on a whim, she joined her mom for a trip to London where the two were trained by the royal family’s floral designer. Since that fateful trip, Anne has produced acclaimed floral designs for over 250 celebrations over 20 years (and, not to mention, has studied with Kate Middleton’s wedding florist and Oprah’s go-to florist). A creative soul who’s driven by big-picture wedding design, she loves nothing more than bonding with clients over beautiful blooms. Her fuel? The feeling she gets from opening a shipment of fresh florals (it’s her version of Christmas morning).

With more than two decades in the hospitality industry — including 25+ years as the co-owner of The Chelsea Restaurant & Catering — Kim brings seasoned expertise and a heartfelt touch to every celebration she plans. After selling The Chelsea in 2024, she followed her long-standing passion for weddings and seamlessly transitioned into planning, where her deep knowledge of food, service, and event flow naturally shines through. Her approach blends refined attention to detail with an easy, calming presence that helps couples feel cared for from the very beginning.
As a partner at The French Bee Events, Kim believes in creating wedding weekends that feel personal, beautiful, and thoughtfully orchestrated. She is known for her warm connection with clients, her ability to anticipate needs before they arise, and her commitment to making the planning experience as enjoyable as the event itself.
